3. The photographs you send us
We quote on the basis of the photographs and details you send us. We use those photographs solely to size the job and prepare the offer. We do not publish them and do not use them in promotional material without your separate, explicit consent.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only where necessary, with:
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and processes the forms on it (the quote request on the Contact page and the support request on the Help page), and our email providers — Zoho Corporation (Zoho Mail, and ZeptoMail, which delivers the messages sent through the forms to us by email) — acting as processors;
- our accountant and the tax authorities, for legal obligations;
- Fathom Analytics, which provides visit statistics without cookies, acting as a processor;
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy;
- equipment manufacturers or distributors, strictly for warranty and service;
- public authorities, upon lawful request.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Some of our providers (Cloudflare, Fathom Analytics, Meta) are based outside the European Economic Area or may process data outside it. In those cases transfers rely on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision (for example for Canada, or under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to data is limited to people who need it to do their work. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.
7. Cookies
munev.com does not set cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Fathom Analytics, without cookies. Details are in our Cookie policy.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
