A household socket is slow
A standard 2.3 kW socket adds about 10–15 km of range per hour, and the plug and cable run warm for hours. An 11 kW charger adds around 60 km per hour.

What people ask before they order.
How much does it cost to install an EV charger at home?
Fitting and setup start from €150 + VAT on a prepared site. The total depends on the distance from your consumer unit, the supply available and the charger you choose. Send us photos and you get a firm price within one working day, without a site visit.
Which power do I need: 7.4, 11 or 22 kW?
It depends on your supply and your car. A single-phase home supply allows up to 7.4 kW; a three-phase supply allows 11 or 22 kW. Many cars accept at most 11 kW on AC, so 11 kW is the sensible choice for most houses.
Do I need a bigger grid connection?
Usually not. With load balancing the charger adjusts its power to what the rest of the house is using, so the main fuse never trips. If your supply is genuinely too small, we tell you in the quote.
Can I install a charger in my apartment block's car park?
Yes. Several Easee Max chargers can share one feed and one cable run, and each owner's consumption is recorded separately. You normally need the owners' association's agreement; we give you the technical proposal and the quote to present to them.
How long does installation take?
For a house, usually one day. Apartment blocks and business sites depend on the number of chargers and the cable routes, and we give you the schedule with the quote.
Which chargers do you install?
Mostly the Easee Max and Easee Pro, both 22 kW AC. We are an Easee certified installer. Other models and DC fast chargers are quoted per project.
Can a business bill staff or visitors for charging?
Yes. The Easee Pro with the Monta platform gives you access control, reports per user or cost centre and optional card payment for the public.
What happens if the charger stops working?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we reply the same working day. For chargers we installed, we check the warranty before any work and tell you the cost, if any, upfront.
